#Celaya, #Gto.- In recent days in the community of Capulines, the State Training Institute IECA, the System for the Integral Development of the Family of the State in coordination with DIF Celaya, gave certificates to women of the mobile network group, because they accredited the knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes of the Beauty Workshop.

The coordinator of Red Móvil, Salud y Bienestar Comunitario, María Lourdes Elizarraraz Sandoval, informed that the training lasted 30 hours and there were 13 beneficiaries from this town.

Among what they learned, the ability, skill and attitude related to haircutting, makeup and hairstyle stand out, as well as knowledge of the material, tools and the realization of haircutting, in addition to the realization of casual and ceremonial hairstyle, makeup application and the realization of casual and ceremonial makeup.

All of this with the purpose of helping to the labor and economic development. The courses were given by Marina Vázquez, instructor of the Guanajuato State Training Institute.

Tania Irais Medina Cerroblanco, supervisor of the state Mobile Network, said that they are actively working in coordination with IECA to bring multiple trainings to the communities and benefit the families of Celaya.
